These teams support our Commercial Schlage and Falcon mechanical door locks and our Residential Schlage mechanical and smart locks. My team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of technical documentation as well as management of the Allegion Knowledge Center. Provide VOC and potential quality issue data to engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and product management. Utilize a CRM system to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. Commercial team manages a special products process for creating locks for unique applications. Lastly, great to see when my team members feel empowered in the current role and for some to grow into roles within Allegion.
