We used a range of the best business thinking and tools to enable our clients to reflect and gain insights on their business. We provide them with a sound foundation to facilitate clarity and focus their energy; and help them discover renewed purpose to grow and create meaningful impact.

At NSTA I served internal and external clients by delivering timely strategic insights to support informed decision making. I was fortunate to lead an exception team of research professionals and external consultants. Our work included long range, annual planning, measurement, evaluation, and communication planning. We provided analysis and business planning guidance to tourism operators across the province, to enable them to make smarter business decisions.

Provided strategic guidance to senior government leaders through research, analysis, reports, briefings and legislative reviews on all matters related to seniors' issues in Nova Scotia. Applied a combination of quantitative and qualitative research to respond to a broad range of policy issues.

At NST I planned, implemented and maintained surveys and tracking systems to support the research requirements of the province’s tourism industry. I also represented the province in federal-provincial working groups and negotiations.
