In my role as Group Technology Director, I was instrumental in establishing the emerging technology discipline within Huge, alongside the development of our Experiential practice and service offerings. My responsibilities encompassed managing a talented team of technologists and overseeing projects that spanned North America and Asia, focusing on R&D, concept development, and the execution of innovative experiential solutions for our clients. I led the creation of more than 30 activations, including an innovative, interactive endcap experience for Olay at Kroger stores, which utilized cutting-edge computer vision and machine learning technologies. This project, in particular, showcased my ability to lead technical design and development efforts, achieving a seamless, browser-based solution that significantly enhanced in-store product discovery and education.

In my role as Director at Deutsche Bank's MortgageIT, I was responsible for overseeing systems related to loan origination, reporting, and risk management, managing system design, vendor relations, business process improvements, and pre-production oversight. I played a pivotal role in establishing an integrated paperless workflow, achieving significant cost savings during the loan origination process. My work in redesigning pre-production systems with VMWare ESX was crucial, supporting a large team of developers and ensuring efficient, secure development environments.
