In my role as Group Technology Director, I was instrumental in establishing the emerging technology discipline within Huge, alongside the development of our Experiential practice and service offerings. My responsibilities encompassed managing a talented team of technologists and overseeing projects that spanned North America and Asia, focusing on R&D, concept development, and the execution of innovative experiential solutions for our clients. I led the creation of more than 30 activations, including an innovative, interactive endcap experience for Olay at Kroger stores, which utilized cutting-edge computer vision and machine learning technologies. In my capacity as Delivery Lead at Accenture Interactive, I directed e-commerce initiatives for multi-million-dollar corporations, managing the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects for high-profile clients. I was responsible for aligning project objectives with corporate strategies and coordinating closely with stakeholders across various business units. As Engagement Manager at Acquity Group, I led account management and delivery for clients across the Northeast United States, specializing in e-commerce engagements for hybris and Oracle ATG platforms. As a Senior Consultant at Control Group, I directed a team overseeing project design, management, and delivery across various domains, including cloud infrastructure, web development, and e-commerce. My role involved leading business development and client retention activities, where I established cloud-based infrastructure solutions for Elsevier and delivered a product pilot casino game for a major hospitality organization in Asia. My efforts in e-commerce website overhaul for Neenah Paper were particularly noteworthy, achieving project completion on-time and under-budget while significantly enhancing the brand's global presence.

In my role as Director at Deutsche Bank's MortgageIT, I was responsible for overseeing systems related to loan origination, reporting, and risk management, managing system design, vendor relations, business process improvements, and pre-production oversight. I played a pivotal role in establishing an integrated paperless workflow, achieving significant cost savings during the loan origination process. My work in redesigning pre-production systems with VMWare ESX was crucial, supporting a large team of developers and ensuring efficient, secure development environments.
