Decision making/ freedom to act: • Within framework of company policy, concept strategy and annual budgets agreed with Head • Drives the Commercial Strategy (Concept and Implementation) Is the Custodian of the Ideal Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. within the state and is responsible for external and internal communicationKey responsibilities/ accountabilities: • To develop financial plans which take into account market risks and opportunities within the overall corporate budget process. • To accurately phase sales, stock, margin, markdown and in-take plans and projections taking into account prevailing market trends. • To develop new regional suppliers and maintain genuine, sustainable partnerships with the existing ones. • Periodically review regional brand / supplier performance and profitability annually. • To effectively plan and execute all departmental and divisional promotions in line with the central category promotional plan. • Act as the primary point of contact for the region from Category perspective. Ensure proper co-ordination between Store Operations and OM.• Controlling the purchase and supply of all procured items & services.• Capex Purchase is done for IHPL ( Aromas Café)• Negotiating price and terms of products with supplier.• Managing, developing & improving the purchasing team.• Benchmarking performances of the Supply Chain.• Establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery and contracts.• Adhering to all company policies with particular regard to accounting procedures.• Administering the online purchasing systems.• Reviewing all contracts/agreements to achieve ‘best price / best quality’ purchasing.Personality type: • Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress • Target and result driven • Strong analytical skills • Curiosity and looking for new / innovative solutions to issues
