Oversee the day to day running of a small manufacturing company of PCB's. To implement an MRP system, collate data to establish lead time and production time. Highlight areas for improvement and put processes in place to achieve them. Communicate with customers highlighting any delays, engineering/design issues, update to delivery of their product. Drive the shop floor to achieve on time deliveries and to manage the stores and the kitting schedule. Due to owners change in strategy to the business the role of Operations Manager was no longer required.

Role: To manage a team of planner/buyers and owning the complete supply chain process.
