I sacked this idiot in 2017 when i found out about it .but we received 4 claims as a result but successfully defended these on the basis that they were not the firms client .Despite successfully defending our insurance went from £20,000 in 2018 to £160,000 in 2021. we tired to grow and succeeded with some big challenges but in the end we had to close.
