As a Senior Employee Relations Advisor at Jaguar Land Rover, I lead and support a team of HR Advisors who help drive the delivery of support and process for the wider business. I have 4 years of experience in this role and nearly 11 years with JLR. In addition to this I have 14 years of experience in personal training and nutrition advice where I have experience of running my own health and wellbeing business whilst doing my full time role at JLR.My mission is to have a positive impact on all employees and help them achieve their personal and professional goals, while also contributing to the success of the UK's leading motor manufacturer. I have a background in Corporate Security and Business Protection, as well as being a veteran of the British Army.
