I am a business professional with over 30 years’ experience in management and technology roles. My current role is Group ICT Manager at Taura Natural Ingredients, a food ingredients manufacturer and B2B marketer employing 100+ staff globally with sales and manufacturing facilities in Mount Maunganui, Olen in Belgium and sales staff across North America, Germany and the UK. My role is to ensure ongoing competitive advantage to the business by successfully providing continuously evolving world class capability in information management and communications systems.The role is a sole charge role reporting to the CFO relying heavily on quality vendor management across multiple time-zones, cultures and languages. Change leadership, project management, stakeholder engagement and quality communication are key attributes in my success.I’m extremely fortunate to have the ability to see complex systems challenges in simple terms. This provides me the key strength of being able to translate technical conversations into a business conversation with business outcomes understood from the boardroom to the factory floor.
