-Management of the global roll-out of a cloud-based Digital Asset Management software solution (Adobe Experience Manager) enabling markets to store, search and share Condé Nast imagery content from titles such as Vogue and GQ for wider use-Full responsibility for the implementation to systemise the previously manual content sharing workflow, from both technical and change management perspective, including full training programmes in Europe and Asia, under an Agile Scrum framework.-Direct line management responsibility for the Product Owner and Technical Lead, plus a team of third-party developers and testers (both onshore and offshore).

-Full responsibility for the Disney and Channel 5 Broadcast Programmes, made up of several projects across Playout, Distribution, and IT/Software technologies in an ever changing, dynamic environment.-Management of Programme delivery and resource under an Agile Kanban framework, using the Jira software delivery tool-Ensuring that all projects are delivered within the set time frames and budget levels with an eye on commercial profit margins, whilst at the same time maintaining a high standard in quality and ensuring no impact to live broadcast.
