POSITION DESCRIPTION:A vendor expert to provide detailed analytical support, business understanding and a strategic perspective to key customers. Assist and work collaboratively with sales, operations, consumer engagement center, information technology, planning, distribution, product marketing and finance in the execution of Electrolux growth initiatives working with our National Accounts.* Manage and track orders from entry to delivery. Advise leadership of any delivery issues.* Responsible for the management of customer compliance violations and pricing chargebacks, including root cause identification and development of process improvement for cost out.* Collaborate with customer Inventory, Planning and Replenishment team for flooring orders.* Responsible for the daily order reviews, order inventory allocation reviews and past due deployment orders. * Monitor late deliveries and report delays and/or reschedules to customer sales channel and logistic team (externally).* Report weekly shipments, consumer engagement center calls and answer rate to customer logistic team (externally).* Responsible for seamless integration with the customer and Digital/E-commerce Call Center team, including process optimization, communication liaison, support assistance, reports and end-user training.* Responsible for the coordination of promotional sales events, including cross functional team meetings, inventory management, order fulfillment, distribution network and communication. * Manage and track the internal SKU setup process, including the maintenance of data quality with Master Data, Assortment, Pricing team and external systems for new, transitions and discontinued models.* Responsible for coordinating activities and initiatives with AR team, including past due reduction, compliance fines, damages/returns reduction, and the customer and Digital/E-commerce dispute process.

KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:* Independently monitor the health of inventory for the Regional Distribution Center(s) (RDCs), and work proactively across Distribution, Manufacturing, and Sales & Operations Planning to maintain and improve upon serviceability. * Execute the RDC inventory plan based on corporate inventory policies and product availability, communicating effectively with key stakeholders to drive process improvement and quickly resolve issues created from exceptions.* Work independently to identify issues with customer orders, inventory availability, and logistics challenges, and develop and implement solutions for immediate corrective action and longer term continuous improvement. * Drive strategic focus on healthy inventory levels in the RDC network by monitoring inventory distribution and allocation, collaborating to ensure service targets are achieved while optimizing total delivered costs. * Collaborate with the End-to-End Supply Chain team to maintain constant visibility on inventory levels provide consistent, action-oriented updates to Sales, Customer Engagement Center, and the Supply Chain. * Proactively research customer order issues driven by inventory availability and/or customer order issues and provide action steps to organization as needed, collaborating across Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and the Customer Engagement Center; where appropriate, support the development and implementation of continuous improvement efforts. * Periodically audit order fulfillment via follow-up with customers and Sales to track on-time delivery, ship complete, and damage free deliveries, and drive resolution of exceptions through the organization.* Regularly review products and SKUs with inventory turns that are below targeted levels and collaborate with Sales & Supply Chain to design and implement solutions to balance stocking levels and turns.
