Pastor and developer of start up missions based church. Primary mission field is churches that we plant in nursing homes.with Sunday services, communion and weekly Bible studies.We also have foreign missions. We have a full time supported missionary in Uganda and other partially supported missionaries.The church was started in two nursing homes then the parent church was started in a school. It was soon moved to a mall location and remained there for 18 months. We are currently in a church building that we are purchasing and have been there for slightly more than a year.As the pastor I am responsible for setting up the organization bylaws and rules, for training the deacon boards, the elder boards and the trustees.I am the responsible lead for all projects and purchases. We have a state of the art computerized church with a modern Audio/Visual facility integrated with a computer based, sound cued music and video production software. We usea true fund based accounting.

Managed department overhead budget of $3 M. Designed, fabricated, tested and demonstrated micro computer driven, touch sensitive, electro illuminescent flat panel display for Navy application. Extensive knowledge of military and civil service commands and ruleslregulations. Performed system design, purchased hardware, developed software and installed complete computerized payroll system for CPA firm.
