I worked in the MMIC group in CIARS supervised by professor Safieddin Safavi-Naeini and Dr. Mohammad-Reza Nezhad-Ahmadi designing in 20 - 30 GHz band on a 130nm BiCMOS technology by IBM through global foundries.Designed high isolation SPST reflective switch using triple well HBT.Designed 13dB gain LNA with 4 dB NF.Used Cadence Virtuoso and Keysight ADS for schematic design; and, Momentum for layout design, RC extraction and simulation.

Thermal threshold shut-off switch using J-type thermocouple and an RTD to measure ambient temperature in an oven.Designed an environment condition logger via ethernet using PoE and ESP8266.
