My services and responsibilities have run the gamut of information management and systems functions: Setting up the company’s workstations and servers, then migrating as much of it as possible to the “cloud.” I have also modernized software tools for the company’s data researchers, for example using programs such as Tableau and IBM Infosphere.I have also set up, managed, maintained and upgraded the company’s websites, making them more responsive to the company’s need for quick, accurate data research, particularly with insurance claims.

Although I performed a wide variety of I.T. services, my main value added was to engineer, test, maintain and upgrade the SCADA systems that govern, monitor and control for flow through the pipelines.
