An experienced Business School Professor with strong international background. MBA, EMBA and undergraduate courses taught include: strategy, leadership, international business, enterprise growth and innovation, marketing strategy, management of change, systems thinking and introduction to management. Research interests include strategy and leadership in emerging markets, corporate governance, innovation and sustainability, strategic and scenario planning. Director of the Institute of Chinese and Emerging Market studies at FGCU. Has designed and taught many executive programs. Previous administrative positions include Director of the Center for Leadership and Innovation at FGCU, Dean of Graduate School, Associate Dean and Chair of Management. Service activities include: Executive editor of the Journal of General Management and reviewer for other academic journals. Held positions in strategy, research, finance, and consulting with major multinationals prior to academic career.
