Responsible for the continuous delivery of all IT Services and the introduction, deployment of new and innovative IT Technologies, process, and strategy. Leading and proactively upskilling the IT department of 32 staff, consisting of IT Service Desk, IT Infrastructure, Software Development and IT Telephone Operations. Improving customer satisfaction and efficiencies. Overseeing the digital transformation, working with senior stakeholders and IT representation on the UK management board.

Oversee and manage UK IT services for over 1100 employees, ensuring the UK Service desk team responds in a highly professional and courteous manner.Design and implement new team structures, roles, and functionality to allow the IT services team to develop skill sets and offer job growth opportunity.Explore and introduce new technologies, allowing new and innovative ways of working.Engagement with the UK management board and senior business partners to promote IT service values and best working practices.Project manage new and upgrade technology roll outs here in the UK.Work alongside global IT Heads in the deployment of new IT services and functionality. Engage with external supplies to obtain, develop, and grow new business opportunities.Work with and as required, as an advisory to external parties on key UK and global projects

Delivered European and NA end user and device migration to O365 and a new (Ipsos Group) domain. Working across key sites in Norway, Sweden, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Dublin, Canada, US and the UK migrating over 7000 plus users to new domain and Email (cloud Services) whilst pushing O365 to all user devices.
