I am a very experienced consulting and change leader, with over 30 years experience of serving boards and leaderships teams, to ensure successful delivery of change and transformation in their organisations.I am a recognised authority on service transformation, organisation redesign, complex change and programme management, and the simple application of Lean and continuous improvement approaches to deliver significant and tangible improvements quickly across organisations. I’ve led and developed several successful national and international finance-centred consulting practices over the last two decades, including at PwC and BearingPoint. In addition to these business leadership skills, I have more than twenty years of deep competency leadership in the above areas, developed through serving organisations in the UK, Europe and globally. I have a degree in Economics from Manchester University, qualified as a chartered accountant at PwC, and also have line financial management experience.
