Over the past two decades I have been focused on working with clients on high-impact procurement programs to deliver transformational benefits. This encompasses:Value creation across both directs and Indirects - including linkages to zero based budgeting and post merger situations;Procurement transformation - including operating model design and capability building;Digital enablement - including roadmap design and the creation of minimum viable products for specific applications.I am also the co-author of the series of books “The CPO” and “Supplier Relationship Management”. These are written as novels and tell the story of a CPO who transforms procurement in a consumer products business, eventually then becoming CEO. Additionally, I am co-author of the book “Disruptive Procurement” that addresses the future of the function.
