I handle inbound calls for technical support for wireless devices including: cellular phones, USB & mobile hot spots, laptops with built-in cellular connections, tablets, and connected devices. Issues include:how-to instruction, email support, device troubleshooting, and network troubleshooting.I have been involved in various projects that has focused on: Quality Control, Reducing Resource Waste (inefficiency metrics), and Network Trouble Tickets.

Orlando's premiere indoor rock climbing facility. Aiguille Rock Climbing Center provides recreation, birthdays, leagues, yoga, team building, and a mobile climbing wall. While I was employed, I was in charge of the team building department. My clientele included varied populations from the corporate, non-profit, private, and public sectors. I also developed and operated a Challenge Night Program that provides customers with alternative adventure activities to rock climbing.

Resort Sports is a custom, full service special event company that serves the entire state of Florida and clients across the country with a variety of activities including Team Building, Theme Parties, Picnics, Children Programs, and Recreation Services.During my internship I developed "Go Green" Practices, marketing programs, and a new fundraiser event that can extend the company's reach to clients. I learned new programs and facilitating techniques, office and administrative procedures, proposal and contract writing, assisted in programs' design, accepted responsibility for minor projects including a recreational leisure program for a time-share in Southwest Florida.

Rock Ventures is an indoor rock climbing facility based in Rochester, NY. I started as a volunteer and worked through being a manager. As a manager, I trained staff on professionalism, sales techniques, and rock climbing instruction. I also served as a consultant to clients for team building and high ropes course, birthday parties, groups (including lock-ins), and general climbing. I operated the front desk including: answering phones, event contracts & booking, customer service, membership services, website maintenance, and analyzing customer statistics.

This is a summer residential camp for boys and girls with an emphasis on sport development. During my internship, I set up 2 different courses, developed shift rotations, facilitated diverse (age, gender, and cultural) groups in team building initiatives and low/high ropes courses, and assisted in a large staff training session. I also received training on conflict resolution and debriefing tools.
