About Stephen Edison

I have decided to retire after working for the Portakabin Group for 38 years.On a personal front, I am a great believer in "just doing it" I really cannot understand those that always find challenges and change a problem. Challenges are what make life interesting and I have completed many mountain marathons in the UK and Europe as well as cyclosportives, mountain biking and adventure racing and most of this after the age of 50.....My work experience covers a great number of subjects and is probably because I find it difficult to say No (unless money is involved that is). I am currently responsible for town planning matters, environmental management, fire safety, property management, security and energy to name a few. This doesnt mean I am a "jack of all trades" but can successfully manage these subjects by using experience gained over the years.
