 Review Client ITT Package; prepare Bid Synopsis/Responsibility Matrix. Prepares and compiles tender / contract documentation in liaison with the User, Legal and finance groups to ensure viability and legality Provides expertise for pre-qualification exercises and evaluations required and obtains relevant management approvals Co-ordinate all functions to ensure good liaison and co-operation between internal departments and external clients to ensure priorities are achieved in line with the overall schedule Liaison with Commercial Manager and generate contracting, tendering, supply chain principles/strategies to achieve the objectives of the client functional needs Establish and justify appropriate bid strategies and thereafter execute the approved strategies and assist the end user to identify suitable bidders for each proposed tender Coordinating pre-bid meetings, site visits and clarification requests. Where necessary liaise with Senior Management as well as Company’s legal, finance and insurance functions and provide responses to tenderer’s contractual clarification requests Handling/Participate in technical and un-priced commercial evaluation of tenders and then leads the subsequent priced commercial evaluation of technical acceptable offers Processes award recommendations, produces appropriate contract documents and completes contract formalities with the successful tenderer Participates in negotiations with clients and effective post award hand over Maintain the highest level of integrity in accordance with the Contracts Procedure Manual
