Leads and directs the daily operations (security, safety, health, facility) of the school, supporting the Head of School and principals in creating an environment that is safe, welcoming, and cared for; Serves as a model servant leader with Christ as the example;Takes a whole-of-school approach to both run daily operations as well as provide strategic oversight of the school. The COO ensures timely, adequate delivery of support services across departments and programs; oversees PCA facilities, fleets and runs the school’s risk/response program. manages long-term projects found in the strategic plan with the HOS, the CFO, and the Board; Maintains school compliance with state and local educational and operational requirements, laws, and regulations. Represents the School in the local and educational community as required. Serves in roles as capacities as needed by the Head of School.

• Assesses and evaluates student progress and growth through formal and informal evaluations procedures. Evaluates students’ progress and determines materials and strategies to provide for their needs.• Coordinates and consolidates lesson plans, curriculum activities, and objectives with other content areas to provide student with life-long learning skills. • Develops thematic units and other projects to provide for extended interaction and creativity. Instructs 180 hours of military directed subject materials in classroom and laboratory environment. • Administer, advise, and appraise extracurricular teams (drill & ceremony, rifle, physical training, academic challenge, orienteering, and marksmanship).• Represents JROTC department to the LHS & LPS leadership. • Implements and maintains communication and coordination with the school faculty and staff to promote cadet involvement in school activities, cadet recruitment and retention.• Counsels, mentor, and tutors cadets as needed.

Directed a University Department. Supervised and managed a diverse workforce of 4 Uniformed Service Members, 3 Department of the Army Civilians and 1 Contractor. Recruited, educated, developed, mentored, and inspired 70 students with the aim to retain quality prospects for future service in the U.S. Army. Performed duties as the Head of an Academic Department and Professor of Military Science; interfaced with the three campus communities and administrations and surrounding cities in all areas pertaining to the U.S. Army. Directed the program’s internal management control program, student contract and pay entitlements. Implemented all curriculum and training programs consisting of over 300 hours of annual instruction in Leadership, Military History, physical training, life skills.
