Increased integration between Admissions, Academics, Athletics, Commandant and Superintendent's Staffs, and Alumni Association in order to balance athletics, academics, and extra-curriculars to fulfill the Academy's mission.- Effectively managed and executed annual budgets from multiple sources, identified shortfalls in required funding and procured additional resources to successfully execute student programs.
