Sr. Construction Manager
CurrentAs a Sr. Construction Manager, I am responsible for Safety and Enviromental concerns first. I watch over various projects pertaining too the oil and gas industry for construction and production. I work closely with engineering to help develop time lines for projects, procurement, cost tracking, I&E installation, new construction installation and logistics. My achieved knowledge and skills allow me to perform various jobs with sub sea development and installation, installation of jackets and platforms, complete ICP installations either new or revised add on’s. I enjoy the ability to solve or help solve problems that may arise during installations, infield sub sea installations with plets, manifolds, and trees and have done very well using logic, and knowledge in this development. Understanding functioning of working component’s is a must in the complex world of oil and gas development and I been very successful in this area. My largest project involved in being part of the team for LLOG Who Dat installation, and now presently in Germany starting off rolling of pipe for LLOG, Delta House. API 5L is like most all specifications in knowing how to define the information set fourth to achieve quality production. I also have understanding knowledge of API 1104, ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, ASME B 31.9, and AWS D1.1 thru AWS D1.6. I also follow specifications set fourth by each individual oil company to follow. I follow new fabrication of production modules, performing weld testing, Quality Control, logistics, and cost tracking on most all jobs from start to finish. I find most dive and salvage jobs boring, but have been the watchful eye over many in my career. I remind others to always have an open mind to possibly learn something new to broaden our careers
