My team develops novel solutions to technical unknowns that allows us to strengthen and extend Ozmo’s position in the market.Some of my responsibilities are:- Collaborating with product management to prioritize business opportunities which are aligned with Ozmo’s product roadmap.- Ideate, experiment and demonstrate feasibility of potential solutions to unsolved technical problems.- Advocate for further investment in our technical research through technical briefs and prototyping.- Perform data collection and analysis to help guide our product strategy and roadmap.Some of the things I’ve done in this role:- Helped architect and implement a serverless ETL process to bolster our data volume and assist in our growing machine learning efforts.- Created a full-stack troubleshooting prototype using React, FastAPI and Graph Databases.- Developed several ML models to assist in domain specific Natural Language Understanding using spaCy and PyTorch.- Lent capacity to our core product team to assist them in implementing new, unit-tested, product features which involved working with Rails and React.I primarily work with Python and Javascript. For compute resources, we utilize AWS, so I am experienced in a wide variety of AWS services.I pride myself in being flexible to changing business needs which means I am constantly learning and working with new technologies.
