• Conduct covert surveillance from the shop floor to resolve crime• Investigate internal losses, including through to resolution cases against staff• Store open and lock up as a dedicated keyholder• Responsible for escalating issues of health and safety• Work with local retailers, town centre ‘Citywatch’ and police to reduce crime in the town center and store• CCTV installation including covert equipment• Provide protection solutions for valuable merchandise and influence an effective merch protection strategy• Manage security budgets to purchase required retail solutions including CCTV equipment
