Produced all required supporting products to include enemy and friendly order of battle, battle damage assessments, information collection synchronization matrix, operations orders, annexes, fragos, intelligence summaries, area studies, road to war products, courses of action, priority intelligence requirements, event templates, high value target lists, high payoff target lists, terrain effects products, light and weather analysis products, and master scenario event lists. Created ILOD scenarios based on scenario scripting and oversaw refinement of scenarios during product testing. Observed MITS scenario execution and incorporated lessons learned into product refinement and future scenario development. Organized scenario packages for unit use. Revised and expanded brigade level scenarios to stimulate division echelon customers. Aided in development of published TC standard requirements. • Led a joint team of eight counterintelligence agents. Developed, implemented, and supported a multi-layered counterintelligence and insider threat screening and vetting program for 4,500 foreign workers at Camp Lemonnier. This program was adopted by multiple outposts across the Horn of Africa and mitigated several counterintelligence and insider threats. • Coached and mentored a Ugandan People’s Defense Force brigade, in conjunction with the US Department of State, on staff operations and decision making in preparation for their peace keeping mission to Somalia. • Liaised with Djiboutian National Defence Force officials to identify and recommend ways to better support Djiboutian forces conducting peace keeping operations in Somalia.• Analyzed threat data and investigative data and documented, organized, prepared, and presented findings to senior officials for investigative follow up. Developed investigative strategies on persons of interest and managed agents during ongoing counterintelligence and insider threat investigations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.• Utilized effective internal administrative processes and procedures that allowed for data intake, processing, analysis, accountability, and archive relating to CI / Insider Threat program.
