Planned, scripted, and developed Decisive Action Training Environment compliant scenarios in support of the Military Intelligence Training Standards (MITS) program. Ensured all training requirements were met in accordance with the current MITS training circular. Integrated threat tactics with current adversarial tactics and equipment to ensure realistic training scenarios for unit certification. Produced all required supporting products to include enemy and friendly order of battle, battle damage assessments, information collection synchronization matrix, operations orders, annexes, fragos, intelligence summaries, area studies, road to war products, courses of action, priority intelligence requirements, event templates, high value target lists, high payoff target lists, terrain effects products, light and weather analysis products, and master scenario event lists. Created ILOD scenarios based on scenario scripting and oversaw refinement of scenarios during product testing. Observed MITS scenario execution and incorporated lessons learned into product refinement and future scenario development. Organized scenario packages for unit use. Revised and expanded brigade level scenarios to stimulate division echelon customers. Aided in development of published TC standard requirements. Trained, mentored, and developed junior scenario developers. Created nine ILOD scenario packages.
