In summary, responsible for engineering activities, and teams focussing on delivery and quality of work including planning, monitoring and problem resolution. Responsible for engineering and project management effort across a number of different parallel streams with a focus on quality, delivery, and taking responsibility for deployment of services on customer sites. These services relate direclty to applications deployed on a major UK Operator network. Also resonsible for responding to RFPs, and in managing AePONA's efforts in winning a significant support and SI contract including building a team, training, setting up an office and defining processes and procedures by which AePONA could ensure they could deliver. Also involved in technical and commercial negotiations with the customer around contracts and in concluding agreements with associated 3 parties.

Responsible for technical and engineering activities in the Signalling unit of AePONA focusing on out-source development work and test for a major SS7 stack. This included all project management, quality, line and personnel management with a focus on resourcing opportunities and delivery of these.
