I am Partner in the Restructuring & Insolvency team based in the Birmingham office of Irwin Mitchell LLP. I have 25 years experience in dealing with all aspects of non-contentious insolvency, corporate recovery, restructuring, distressed debt, security and turnaround work. advising banks, financiers, insolvency practitioners, corporates and directors on such matters.I am a recognised specialist in dealing with pension deficit issues for companies, scheme trustees and insolvency practitioners. I regularly present lectures on insolvency and recovery issues on behalf of Irwin Mitchell and R3 to audiences of accountants, financiers and directors.
