- Executive position that reports directly to President/CEO- Continuously develop and manage a 24-7 tech support call center- Recruit and Manage Sub Contractor network across Canada for service and installation work- Manage internal corporate Installation and Service division comprised of technicians, managers and support staff across Canada- Develop policies and procedures relating to service and installation to accomplish corporate objectives- Develop metrics to measure effectiveness of policies and procedures relating to service and installations- Performance manage staff with regular reviewing process and adjust review metrics to reflect changing environments - recommend and/or approve associated compensation packages- Develop technician skill level sets with associated remuneration levels with clear paths for advancement through a learning environment- Design and implement technical training program to administer to sales staff- Design and implement training program for new sub contractors- Design and implement training program for new technical staff- Design and maintain a learning environment for corporate technical staff- Provide technical presentations to assist in sales related aspects- Provide technical oversight to sales staff in project design and implementation- Develop comprehensive Quality Assurance program in relation to monitoring in house and sub contractor installation and service workmanship- Collaborate in developing a comprehensive safety program with implementation and metrics to measure adherence to policies and effectiveness of program at front line level- New product decision, testing and evaluation- Liaison with all aspects of business relations from product manufacturers and customers
