Set up a new 49,000 sq. ft. Branch Support & Distribution Centre. Negotiated equipment leases and purchases. Established a binning system to allow us to reach our Goal of Fast, Full & Accurate. Developed a Distribution Team of 12 new and experienced members. Created processes and procedures for the new Cloud Operating System.

Project managed the transition from a Legacy System to the Cloud over a 10 week period launching the new Operating System in time for our largest annual sale.

Working with the President / CEO, I created my role of go to person for dealing with solving escalating issues across all departments. Maintained continuity in a 45 year old business while the owners negotiated its future succession or sale.
