Working in the steel industry, with over 40 yrs of mechanical experience with steel of various types, sizes and in several locations. I have experienced the welding & fabrication of Trident Submarines along with smaller fabrication shops and pipeline projects as well. I have operated and repaired heavy equipment in various types for over a decade. In a Tin Mill environment, I used my supervisory skills in a repair, replacement, predictive maintenance WCM trained, along with a planning and a Project Manager mindset. In my 13 yrs as a professional negotiator in Oil & Gas leasing and other contracts, I have negotiated large and small lease agreements of minerals, pipelines, well pads and surface use for families which owned those rights. I have also created deals for the purchase of real estate, homes and vehicles. I also sit on the boards of one non-profit, as executive director, as my way of giving back to others. I have always believed I should learn from everyone that has encouraged me, coached me and even those that were toxic around me.
