U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs: Research, Innovation, & Systems Engineering• Performed user experience analysis for a portfolio of applications used by the United States Bureau of Consular Affairs. These applications are responsible for the issuing and tracking of over 21 Million US Passports and 9 Million US Visas per year, and help generate over $4 Billion annually for the DoS.• Received training in both traditional Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.U.S. Department of Defense, Enterprise Blood Management System• Participated with cross-functional corporate growth team to explore potential opportunities with the Department of Defense. Upper management used analysis to vet contracts and draft bid proposals.• Designed a monthly dashboard deliverable that provides our client a visual analysis of important data changes and timeline updates for major deliverables.
