I am passionate about teaching people technology and solving problems. Too many people are simply intimidated by their computers, afraid of breaking them or installing a virus. I love giving my clients the confidence to use their devices to the fullest extent, helping them get the most out of their computers or phones.I have extensive experience with Geek Squad providing excellent customer service and supporting our clients with their tech needs. My strong attention to detail and active listening allows me to better connect with my clients and truly understand what they're trying to accomplish. One of my strengths is having the patience to teach people how to use computers, therefore positioning myself to be the person they want to seek help from in the future.Since working in the corporate IT space, I've learned to work extensively with all Microsoft products including working with Sharepoint sites and troubleshooting problems in Exchange. I've gotten to work with a wide range of businesses learning their systems and helping their employees, from Orthopedic surgeons to CPAs and Banks. No problem is too small for to humor nor too big to scare me from trying to solve.You never stop learning, in tech and in life.
