I had the oppurtunity to join RMA Restaurants at an early age and work along side of a team of professionals in the kitchen as well as have the support and guidance of the administration, the Novek Family as well as G. Nephtali. Over the years, my responsibilities extended into all aspects of the business including expansion to a team of three serving 6 different restaurants/bars.Yearly sales,multiple millions.Cafe La Tulipe Noire, in only it's first years, grew quickly to be one of Monteal's finest Cafe's along with it's famous cheesecake and pastries. Le Pavillon de L'Atlantique, fruits de mer et poissons, originally from expo 67, renowned for it's fresh products, kept Montrealers craving for more. Friday nights at Moby Dick's Bar,the place to be! In the last years, I also purchased for Nagano Sushi Bar before leaving for a different challenge.
