I have a degree in Hotel and Catering Management. I've worked in the catering industry for the past 30 years, the first 10 years in hotel management (Hilton Amsterdam, Killiney Castle, Jurys Dame St, Gresham Hotel) and have since run 7successful restaurants winning three Bord Failte awards of excellence. In recent years I diversified using the thirty years of experience developing a new catering consultancy business to which I am still working in. I've just completed my most recent project, the restaurant in Kilkenny Design, Nassau Street in Dublin. My input into this project has helped to increase footfall by over 30%. I also advise on the setting up and running of Restaurants, Hotels and Industrial catering establishments, from financial planning to final design.
