About Stephen Hanlon

As a Corporate Tax specialist, I advise businesses on a wide variety of corporate and business tax matters. I have a particular specialism in SEIS and EIS related issues, R&D tax credits, and regularly advise on tax aspects of M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations.As a Chartered Tax Adviser, I am delighted to have supported many different types of businesses over the years. In 2020, the tax and accounting division of London-based Mariana UFP LLP which I led merged with Shipleys LLP. Shipleys was a perfect fit for our clients and my colleagues. It has a very similar approach, based on building close and personal long-term relationships as the basis for practical advice and solutions that provide excellent value for money.
