Steve Hare served on the Board of Directors for Hanger, Inc. from 2010 until the sale of the company in 2022 as Chairman of the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and member of the Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee. Hare joined the Board of Directors for Kindred at Home in December 2018 and served as Chairman of the Finance & Audit Committee until the sale of the company in August 2021. Hare joined the Board of Directors for 24 Hour Fitness in April 2020 and served until December 2020 upon completion of a successful financial restructuring.
