My name is Stephen Hedges! I’m located in the South Bend/Granger Indiana area. My passions range from meeting and connecting with people to being creative and very detail oriented. Out of school, my first job was working as a shop manager for a friend of mine who owned a small business called Cotton Gin Smokers. My day to day work generally consisted of making sure production stayed on schedule (included some labor from myself.) I did some work with product photography for the company’s social media as well to help cultivate a following. My favorite work was speaking with clients and informing them about our brand and what set us apart! After shop manager for barbecue smokers, I spent a year and a half doing window treatment installations for Budget Blinds of Mishawaka/St Joe. I spent most days in client’s homes talking with them while installing their product. Talking with people has always been a strong suit for me. This job helped me to develop more of my soft skills and learn how to solve problems with clients. In March 2022, I accepted a position at TRG working on commercial renovations.
