Current- Supervision of team through task delegation while ensuring comprehensive and efficient task execution- Collaboration with other companies project managers and strategizing electrical installations and repairs- Execution of thorough assessments of all electrical tasks while guaranteeing adherence to applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards- Keen identification and resolution of electrical issues to deliver technical guidance to team members as needed- Bringing significant contribution in training and mentoring new team members by offering valuable insights into best practices and safety protocols- Maintenance of meticulous records of completed work, encompassing reports, permits, and inspection documentation- Directly engagement with clients, other contractors, and stakeholders to address concerns, monitor project progress, and ensure client satisfaction- Working on 0-10 low-volt lighting/control systems and successfully connecting over 1000 RJ-45 ends, addressing issues such as faulty wires, connections, and devices- Management of low-volt systems and execution of fire alarm installations by proficiently installing full fire alarm systems
