Summary• Point person for the implementation of the Ista utility billing program for every community.• Responsible for training the community on-site staff on the Ista utility billing program.• Ongoing support and follow-up with the community to insure the success of the Ista’s billing program. Interact with other departments to coordinate problem-solving issue with Clients.• Ensures that each property in their portfolio is satisfied with the Ista billing program.• Monthly analysis of main performance indicators of each property. Analysis used to identify issues with properties and possible add-on services.• Assist properties to increase their performance, i.e. Implementation of internet services, move ins/move outs, late notices.• Ensure client satisfaction by phone call as needed on a monthly basis to discuss identified issues from the monthly analysis.• Responsible for the quality of the set up of the property within the system.• Interdepartmental coordination and training of the cancellation/ownership changeover process.• Responsible for the contract renewals/changes process.• Responsible for tracking external service quality.• Create and update all customized corporate reports.• Interdepartmental support concerning Client issues.
