I am in charge of the design and deployment of the advanced workface planning (AWP) tools Construct SIM and iConstruct, on the Exxon, BCEP project. With a combination of these tools and my own developed tools using C # and Azure SQL we are on track to achieve productivity increases of over %10 time on tools for the project. The systems I have build create a clarity of data by bringing information from the material management system visually to the 3D model allowing the users to be more effective in planning the construction of this plastic refinery plant.

I manage the Advanced Work Packing System Construct SIM for multiple projects for Dow. My implementations of Construct SIM achieve an increase the time on tools by 10%. To achieve that productivity increase I collected and analyzed data required for the Construct SIM system. With my management of vendor resources we delivered advanced work packing to different Dow construction sites over North America.

Worked with iConstruct software based on Autodesk Navisworks to enable Advanced Work Packing on Construction Sites. With my specific strategies for BIM model best practices I was able to reduce the set up costs for clients on subsequent projects by 80%. Allowing construction company's to save money on each project and opening up the opportunity for more projects to use iConstruct.

I am put on a construction site to work independently, collect all the data requirements for the CSIM system and for any customizations that the client wants. Configure the software for the specific engineering system, create interfaces between systems that do not exist and incorporate any feedback the client has into the solution. This requires working with people from different back grounds and different parts of an organization is a core part of my job. Another job function is training users of all skill levels to use different parts of our system. This goes from basic end user functions to complex back end Administrator work.
