I am a good team leader and a good team member because I respect people, I listen to them, and can emphasize with them. This allows them to track their IT asset as each device reports back to the Client Management system (Asset Core) which automatically updates the CMDB in Footprints so that Service Desk requests can be made against them. I also prepared a number of Change Management processes within Footprints for them so IT Changes to the infrastructure can also be tracked. -

Also, I prepared the supporting documentation for the asset handling procedures for the "life" of assets.I was also involved in the roll out of their new ShoreTel Phone system.
