Stephen is a Director of Cast Studio, an architectural practice that believes in the power of architecture to shape people’s lives and celebrates the collective act of making it. Stephen is an registered architect with a professional interest in contemporary Australian housing, in all its many iterations, scales and locations. Stephen has previously worked on homeless shelters in the inner city, holiday houses in the bush, renovations in the suburbs, and infill apartment projects on the city fringes. To each project, regardless of budget and brief, he brings a sense of wonder and curiosity, a commitment to making places that endure for their clients and community, and a desire to craft beautiful spaces that people want to use.
