Over the past 14 years at Netsmart, I have continued to build my tech stack and also my management skills (both from HR and time/project management). I have been a key player in multiple projects that have been delivered to clients with high quality while meeting the deadline demand. Through this process, I have grown very adapt in Agile methodologies, been a champion for change within our industry, focusing on project goals while driving the team to complete those goals on time. Healthcare regulations changes constantly and we have to be prepared, work with product break down the work, align that work with sprints and aim for DevOps to deliver those results to the client. We have also migrated our solution from SaaS to being hosted on the AWS cloud.
