Continuing on from my role in Change and utilising the skills developed, my role was in helping grow the ways in which our Financial Coaches and Advisers engage and meaningfully connect with more of our members.Connecting with the wide network of colleagues and stakeholders I've built across Insignia to drive growth via implementation of key strategic objectives via stakeholders such as Marketing, Member Communications, Product and Regulatory Change, bringing the Member Engagement and Wellbeing offer to more members and building new ways to help us connect to provide support, help, education, guidance and advice on their financial wellbeing.

Helping our people effectively and meaningfully connect with members through the ongoing and varying elements of change.Change can be brought about via regulatory, trustee, industry or business direction changes. I supported our people who converse with our members on a daily basis via orchestration, coordination and implementation of changes to processes, systems or simply the way in which we support members via conversation by ensuring we understand and are drawing from the latest and most accurate information.This involves having a wide network of relationships across many areas of the business, ensuring we identify all change impacts that may affect how we converse with members or the processes and systems that support this.Skills and key responsibilities I developed in this role are:- Change framework design and development, encompassing;* End to end process from impact analysis to delivery* Documentation repository architecture* Identification of roles and responsibilities for project delivery* Capacity planning of change resources* Project management of strategic initiatives* Ongoing evolvement of the Change framework- Running workshops and governance forums- Consulting with key business stakeholders- User centered design methodology- Identification of roadblocks and dependencies and developing solutions to address and overcome- Proactive identification of current and future inner and outer loop Risks- Understanding key focus areas and improvement opportunities- Guiding operational teams to ensure strategic outcomes are met
