Used C#, SQL, Webservices, HTML, CSS, Javascript (including jQuery) to implement complex solutions in the Incentive and Health Coaching platforms. Team Lead on incentive platform that processed tens of millions of monthly transactions. Mentored less experience engineers and interns. Worked with variety of large and small clients, including startups on their technology projects. Companies included HP, Micron, Boise Cascade, and included a large scope of technologies. Various technologies included C#, SQL Server, PHP, ASP.Net, Javascript, HTML, Siebel (now part of Oracle) VBScript and Office automation.

Developed a variety of pre and post-processing applications to keep health claims auto-adjudication numbers much higher than industry average. Created EDI mapping processes, EBCDIC converters and filters to ensure AS400-based adjudication system had high percentages of automatic claims processing. Tools mostly written in C#, Java, and SQL.Created highly complex SQL queries and data processing applications for HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) reporting. These reports showed the quality and efficacy of care within the Hometown Health network. Worked on project for claims repricing for other insurance agencies to allow their claims to be priced differently based on data that we could apply that would determine what the reasonable rate should be.
