I am a Director at Thomas Miller & Co, responsible for driving business development and innovation in client solutions for Thomas Miller Claims Management (TMCM), our marine consultancy and insurance adjusting business based in Newcastle upon Tyne.My professional background is largely in marine liability insurance, with UK P&I in London (also managed by Thomas Miller), where I handled global marine casualties and specialised in crew, passenger and specialist operations claims during my five years there.I joined TMCM at its formation in October 2007. As well as handling a diverse and complex global caseload, I have been responsible for growing the business via new and existing channels in the shipping and insurance markets.I was appointed Director in October 2013 with a focus on deepening our existing relationships and further developing our offering to the wider market.
