As a moderator I am experienced in community moderation and online conflict management. I have a particular interest in the Disabled Students forum and develop informative online content that is of interest to students with disabilities and university applicants. I am currently working on producing wiki content alongside relevant charities and hope to market this content, as well as charity campaigns that are of interest to those in education, through social media.

I developed Dunelm Books as a part-time business during my university studies. At its peak I averaged 80 sales a month. Central to this growth, in what was an overcrowded market, was an innovative use of social media, including online blogging, in order to target the student demographic and build customer trust and loyalty. Achieved a 100% feedback rating on both Amazon and Ebay.

Took part in various paid and unpaid writing opportunities. This included working as a writer during the first few months of "The Cheers", an online magazine bringing professional amateur and professional writers from across the world together. Topics covered included human rights, international development and disability.
