I am a graduate of the MBA Program at the University of Connecticut where I also obtained an Advanced Business Certificate in Project Management.My current position is as a Scrum Master at Travelers where I facilitate communication between business and software developers. Software drives everything we do these days but there is a big communications gap when it comes to the business side of a company and their software developers. Each group speaks its own language and this leads to significant problems throughout the development process.Using my knowledge of the software development process, I am able to understand the needs of the business/client and properly relate them to developers to ensure the process goes smoothly and the end product fulfills all of the needs of the business.
