Today, virtually every business and government entity must defend against cyber threats from state-sponsored hackers, organized cyber syndicates and terrorists.As director of the Ohio Cyber Range at UC, I lead a team that builds upon and expands the school's cloud-based sandbox system to offer Ohioans an array of educational, research and workforce opportunities in defense of our country's network infrastructure.OCR@UC is a virtual computing environment that lives in the cloud and provides users access to computing resources in general, as well as resources to educate, train, investigate, and practice skills and techniques to protect and defend digital assets.

Developed and managed loyalty marketing program with over 400 K-12 schools within a 7 county area in Greater Cincinnati. The program assisted in generating over 5000 new wireless activations and 2000 broadband activations. The strategy also reduced landline & wireless churn rate of particpating customers by nearly double digits.Developed the GRACE virtual education platform for Catholic schools assisting in reducing the cost of Catholic education from an average of $9000 per year to under $4000 per year for home school families.Developed and managed the CBTS Speakers Program that focused on educating students, educators and parents on the issues related to digital privacy, cyber-bullying and sexting. Over 110,000 people participated in the program in 36 months.The program was developed in conjunction with (7) County Prosecutor Offices.Developed Co-Op and Internship program with 6 area universities to increase the quality of new hires within CBTS while building strong relationships with the universities.

Develop and acquired content for distribution across Cincinnati Bell's wireless, broadband and landline platforms.This program also involved one of the first local social media platforms that allowed Cincinnati area residents to post blogs, videos and photos within a framework similar to today's Facebook platform.This required partnership development with both local and national media companies and an understanding of the way an eclectic customer base chooses to communicate today and in the future.

I was originally contracted to socialize our Optical Media Center to film companies and privately held TV Groups across the country. Working with EMC Corporation in Boston, I provided the system definition of what film and broadcaster station groups would require to host and store their digital content.When CBTS transitioned the Optical Media Center focus to enterprise data center customers, I joined the company as its Enterprise Relationship Manager working with Senior Level customers.

I was responsible for marketing this INC 500 company throughout the midwest to Fortune 1000 companies.

I was a partner in Paradigm from 1993 through 1999. Within the first 3 years, I helped to quadruple revenue as we grew the company from a film and video production company to a new-media and marketing organization with clients throughout the United States.
